The Litigation:

The American Civil Liberties Union of Washington is closely monitoring police treatment of WTO protesters and residents of Seattle. They are looking for incidents of police action against citizens that occurred during the WTO conference.

Following the outrageous examples of police misconduct that occurred, National Lawyers Guild, (the group that had legal observers at every demonstration) has begun collecting declarations. If you witnessed or experienced police misconduct or abuse, please take a moment to fill out one of their forms.
